Myofascial Release

Myofascial release is a technique that allows for reformation and revitalization of the foundation of all muscles and the fibers that hold them together. Restrictions can form in these tissues that can cause pain and discomfort. The fascia that is the tissue that holds the muscles and all organs together can become tight over time. These restrictions can not be seen in an x-ray, CAT scan, or an MRI.

Often patients will be in a great deal of pain and there seems to be no reason for it. It is NOT necessarily old age. It often is a restriction or group of restrictions in the muscles that is causing the pain. Myofascial release techniques can help to relieve the pain and restore flexibility.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][us_separator size=”custom” height=”60px”][/vc_column][/vc_row]
